摘要
目的探讨品质圈活动在规范简化护理记录中的应用。方法成立品质圈管理小组,确立"规范简化护理记录"活动课题,对简化前的护理记录单和交班报告书写情况进行调查,设定目标,然后对护士过度记录的原因进行分析,制定对策并实施,运用PDCA循环法分析和解决简化护理记录过程中存在的问题。结果简化后护士每班书写护理记录所使用的时间比简化前少(P<0.01);观察记录内容的客观准确性比简化前好(P<0.01)。结论规范简化后的护理记录单、交班报告的书写简便全面,可操作性强,保证了护理记录的有效性和科学性,减少了护士书写护理记录的时间,增加了护理病人的时间。
Objectives:study the application of the QCC in simplifying the nursing record.Methods:set the management group to Fun the QCC,investigate the nursing record and report,set goals and study the cause of excessive record,work out countermeasure and carry out.Results:the time the nurses use to take down the record is less than before and the record are more accurate.Conclusion:after simplifying,the nursing record and report are much easier and comprehensive,to enable the effectiveness and scientific of nursing,reduce the time to take down the note and enlarge the time to nurse the patient.
