摘要
单倍体育种技术是生物技术与常规育种技术相结合的一种育种新途径。介绍了玉米单倍体育种的主要途径、鉴定和加倍方法的研究进展,并对单倍体技术在玉米育种中的应用前景作了初步阐述。
Haploid breeding technique is a new approach for breeding with the combination of bioteehnology and conventional breeding technology. This paper introduces the research progress of production, identification and the doubling method for maize haploid, and elaborates on the application of haploid techniques in maize breeding.
