摘要
西部学生的"小餐桌"问题,是我国教育事业发展过程中学校教育管理体制和机制忘却我国教育事业的区域差异、追逐体面优质的高水平学校教育、背离了教育事业的公益本性的集中表现。教育是一项社会公益事业,尊重区域差异,关爱西部贫困地区中小学生的生命和心灵是当前我国教育事业民生、公益的特殊诉求。
＂The small table＂ of the western students is a concentrating representation that in the development process of our country＇s education, school education management system and mechanism neglect ytbe regiona; difference of our country＇s education, chase decent high level school education, and depart from the nature of education＇s public welfare. Education is a social welfare undertakings. The respect of regional difference and care for the poor western students ＂lefe and soul, is the special demand for the people＇s livelihood and public welfare in China＇s current education career.
