摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为主要原料,引入多种功能单体,采用单体预乳化种子聚合工艺合成一种复合交联型乳液型纸塑覆膜胶。并利用均匀实验考察了m(BA)∶m(VAc)及丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(N-MAM)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)用量等因素对覆膜胶性能的影响。确定了适宜工艺配方,制得了综合性能良好的覆膜胶产品。
In this paper, a complex cross-linking emulsion laminating adhesive for paper/BOPP system was prepared by seeding pre-emulsion polymerization with butyl acrylate(BA)and vinyl acetate (VAc) as the main monomers. The influential factors, such as the dosage of polyacrylamide solution, a cry thr acid, N-methylol acrylamide, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate on adhesive performance were inv ough uniform experimental design.
