摘要
高迁移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）是存在于真核细胞生物体内的一类非组蛋白染色体结合蛋白,HMGB1通过刺激肿瘤细胞增殖、抑制其凋亡,增强细胞移动性,提高纤溶酶原活性,促进淋巴管和血管生成等促进肿瘤转移.HMGB1在多种晚期肿瘤中高表达,是一种重要的促肿瘤转移因子.
High mobility group boxl （ HMGB1 ） protein as a group of nonhistone chromosomal protein in the nuclear of eukaryote cell. HMGB1 promotes Neoplasm Metastasis by stimulating cell proliferation and inhibition apoptosis of Neoplasm cells, strengthening cell migration, enhancing activation of plasminogen, boosting lymphatic and blood vessel formation. HMGB1 has been over expressed by a lot of advanced cancers, and it is an important promoting neoplasm meiastasis factor.
