摘要
以氧化改性活性炭为载体,用微波辐射法制备了系列钒氧化物/活性炭催化剂(V2O5/ACO).采用FT-IR、XRD对催化剂进行了光谱表征.考察了V2O5/ACO在苯乙烯过氧化氢选择氧化中的催化性能.其中,V2O5-30/ACO性能较佳.以丙酮为反应介质,当n(苯乙烯)∶n(H2O2)=1∶2.5,45℃反应5 h,苯乙烯转化完全,苯甲醛的选择性可达87.2%.V2O5-30/ACO经纯化后可再生,其催化性能基本保持不变.
A series of activated carbon-supported vanadium oxide catalysts (V20s/ACO) were prepared from oxygenated activated carbon (ACO) by microwave irradiation. The obtained catalysts were characterized by FT-IR and XRD. The catalytsis effect of V2O5/ACO on the selective oxidation of styrene with hydrogen peroxide was investigated. Among them, V2O5-30/ACO presented better performance. Complete conversion of styrene and 87.2% selectivity for benzaldehyde were achieved in acetone under the conditions of styrene: H2O2 = 1:2.5 (mol/mol), 45℃ and 5 h. V2O5/ACO catalyst could be regenerated to maintain its eatalytsis performance after purification.
