基于新型H形DGS超宽带低通滤波器设计

An ultra-wideband low pass filter based on novel H-shaped defected ground structure

摘要 滤波器是微波电路的重要元件,在实际中有着广泛的应用.对传统的H形缺陷地面结构进行了改进,提出了新型的H形缺陷地面结构(H-shaped DGS),研究了新结构的传输特性,利用所提出的新型结构设计了一个超宽带低通滤波器,并对其进行仿真与测试,仿真结果与实验结果吻合较好.测试结果表明:所设计的低通滤波器的3dB通带截止频率为8.9GHz,通带内插入损耗小于-0.3dB,回波损耗小于-20dB.此外,该超宽带低通滤波器还具有设计简单、体积小、成本低等特点,可广泛应用于微波电路中. Filter is an important element in micro-circuit and it has been widely used in practical. The novel H-shaped DGSs(defected ground structure)were proposed based on traditional ones, and their transmission characteristic were investigated. Then a low pass filter was designed using the novel proposed structures. The simulation and measurement results match perfectly,and the measured results show that the 3 dB cut-off frequency of the designed filter is 8. 9 GHz, its insertion loss is smaller than 0. 3 dB, and the biggest side lamella of return loss is better than 20 dB. Additionally, the low filter has many other advantages such as the simple structure, the small volume, the low cost. So, this ultra-wideband low pass filter can be widely used in microwave circuits.
