摘要
近年来,渐趋严峻的就业形势导致大学生的就业问题成为备受社会各界关注的话题。针对应届毕业生就业难的现状,分析了就业难的主要成因,即学生创新和实践动手能力是制约就业的关键;介绍了信阳师范学院化学化工学院具有自身特点的各层次实践教学环节开展情况,以及利用实践教学环节提升学生就业竞争力的做法。
In recent years, the problem of employment for graduates became a hot topic attracting much public con- cerns, which was mainly caused by the severe employment situation for graduates of university. Regarding to the current situation of employment problem for the graduates, the main potential reasons, namely innovation and practical ability of students, the key point to influent the employment was investigated. The introduction of practical teaching at various levels with its own characteristics, the current situation of the conducting of practical teaching, as well as the method to improve the employment competitiveness of graduates through carrying out the practical teaching in School of Chemistry and Chemi- cal Engineering, Xinyang Normal University were focused on.
