摘要
利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了壳聚糖薄膜修饰电极(CTS/GCE)测定SO32-的最佳条件.结果表明,在0.2mol/LHCl-KCl(pH=1.7)底液中,还原峰电流与SO32-的浓度在2.0×10-4~2.0×10-2mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限达4.5×10-5mol/L.线性方程为ipc(μA)=1.34×104C(mol/L)+6.67,相关系数为0.9968.将该方法用于大气中二氧化硫的含量测定,取得满意的结果.
Using cyclic voltammetry(CV), the determining conditions of 8032- were studied by film modified electrode with ehitosan(CTS/GCE). Experimental results shown, in 0.2mol/L KCl-HCl(pH=1.7) solution, CTS/GCE has a strong electrocatalytic reaction on redox of SO3 2-. The reducing-peak current shows a good linear relationship with concentration of SO3 2- in the range of 2.0×10-4 -2.0× 10-2mol/L with a detection limit of 4.5× 10^-5mol/L. The linear regress equation was ipc(uA)= 1.34× 10 4C (mol/L)+6.67 and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.996 8. This method was used to determining sulfur dioxide in the atmosphere with satisfied results.
