摘要
以乙二醛为交联剂,由壳聚糖合成了一种交联壳聚糖树脂。研究了不同温度下其对Cu(Ⅱ)的静态吸附性能,测定了不同温度下的吸附曲线,并通过FTIR及XRD对交联壳聚糖树脂产物和吸附Cu(Ⅱ)后的材料结构进行了表征。结果表明,乙二醛交联壳聚糖树脂在40℃时对铜离子的平衡吸附量为78mg/g,不同温度下的吸附过程符合一级动力学模型;FTIR分析表明乙二醛的羰基基团与壳聚糖的胺基发生了Schiff碱反应;XRD分析显示吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的交联壳聚糖树脂的结晶度降低。
Crosslinked chitosan resin was synthesized using glyoxal as crosslinking agent.The adsorption property and the adsorption kinetics of the crosslinked resin for Cu(Ⅱ) were studied at different temperatures.The glyoxal crosslinked,and after adsorption with Cu(Ⅱ) by glyoxal crosslinked chitosan were characterized by FTIR and XRD.The result showed that the balance of the Cu(Ⅱ) adsorption amount on glyoxal crosslinked chitosan resin was 78 mg / g at 40 ℃.The adsorption kinetics showed that the adsorption followed the first order kinetics model.IR analysis showed that Schiff base reaction occurred between the carbonyl group of glyoxal and amine group of chitosan.XRD analysis showed that crosslinked chitosan resin crystallinity was reduced after adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ).
