摘要
企业的信息化建设引发了ERP专业人才的大量需求,其中ERP软件的实施顾问、软件研发人员、系统的应用和维护人才都出现了供不应求的状况.为此,从企业对ERP专业人才的基本要求入手,结合目前高校的人才培养模式,从企业需求视角构建了独特的ERP人才培养模式.
The information construction of enterprises leads a large demand of ERP professionals,including the implementation of ERP software consultants,software developers,system application and maintenance,are in short supply.In this paper,based on the basic requirements of enterprises for ERP professionals ,combined with the current university training model,with the perspective of business needs,built a unique ERP training model.
