摘要
培养应用型本科人才是我国经济结构和产业结构调整升级的迫切要求。本文将供应链管理理论引入高校人才培养体系,从高等教育经济的供求关系和教育产业的属性出发,分析了应用型人才的供应链结构,以市场为导向,构建了基于供应链管理思想的应用型本科人才培养流程模型,在供应链管理全过程下建立了包括目标机制、运行机制和保障机制在内的"三元培养机制"。本文是对应用型本科人才培养模式创新的有益探索,对提高人才供应效率,在一定程度上实现教育资源的合理配置有借鉴意义。
Cultivating applied undergraduate talents is an urgent demand for the adjustment and upgrading of economic structure and industry structure.This paper introduces supply chain management theory into talents training system for higher education.From the supple-demand relation of higher education economy and the attribute of education industry,this paper analyzes the supply chain structure of applied talents,constructs a model for applied undergraduate talents training operation based on supply chain management thought and market orientation,establishes three-element training mechanism(target mechanism,operation mechanism and safeguard mechanism) in the process of supple chain management.This paper is an effective exploration to the innovation of applied undergraduate talents training mode and it is of reference significance to improve talent supple efficiency and realize reasonable education resource allocation to a certain extent.
