摘要
本文主要介绍了高速钢轧辊在热带连轧机精轧前段的应用推广，从成分设计、组织评价方面进行分析对比，对高速钢轧辊在热带连轧机上使用中氧化膜形成机理进行了详细分析，提出了预防方案。对使用中的其它注意事项进行汇总分析。
This paper introduces the application and promotion of high-speed steel roll at the first part of finishing roll on hot continuous rolling mill, analyzes and compares it from the points of composition design and organizational evaluation, analyzes formation mechanism for the oxide film used in high-speed steel roll on hot continuous rolling mill in detail, and proposes some programs in prevention. Othemvise, it also comprehensively analyses the other matters in the use of technique.
