摘要
采用高强石膏粉为主要胶凝材料,与外加剂复合,配置出满足JC/T1023-2007要求的石膏基自流平材料,并分析了影响石膏基自流平强度和流动度的主要因素,最终确定石膏:普硅水泥:抗沉淀剂:可再分散乳胶粉:减水剂用量为400:10:0.25:15;1.5时,石膏基自流平砂浆的性能达到最优。
To get self-leveling floor material which meets JC/T1023 -2007 standard, the paper use high strength gypsum as binding material with additive. The major factors was studied through research and analysis on strength and flow of gypsum based self-leveling floor material, and when the ratio of gypsum, cement, anti-settle agent, re-dispersible latex powder and water reducing agent is 400 ： 10 ： 0.25 ： 15 ： 1.5, the performance of gypsum based self-leveling floor material is best.
