摘要
研究了高锰奥氏体钢焊接接头性能和显微组织结构,在熔合线上不同合金元素成线性过渡,其显微组织与母材和焊缝组织相同,均为奥氏体加铁素体,显微硬度分析也证实了这点。说明用Ni- Cr 奥氏体钢焊接材料焊接高锰奥氏体钢,可获得性能优良的焊接接头。
In this paper,the capability and microstructure of austenitic manganese steel welded joint that was welded with Ni-Cr austenitic welding material were studied.Distrubution of different alloy elements is lineal in the fusion line.The microstructure of transition zone is same to the one of weld seam and basic material.All is A+F.It was confirmed by analysis of microhardness.Therefore,austenitic managanese steel can be welded with Ni-Cr anstenitic welding material and good capability of welded joint was obtained.
