摘要
弓形虫人体感染越来越多,刚地弓形虫感染诊断的快速和特异是发现和治疗此病的关键。本文对病原学、免疫学和核酸等弓形虫检测技术及其最新的研究进展进行了综述。
The number of people infected with Toxoplasma has increased in recent years,so quick and specific detection of Toxoplasma gondii infection is crucial to the control of this disease.This paper summarizes techniques to diagnose T.gondii,such as the etiological and immunological diagnosis of toxoplasmosis and detection of Toxoplasma nucleic acid,as well as advances in the latest research on this pathogen.
