摘要
利用电子振频原理,设计一种简易的半自动化的PVC薄膜ELISA快速检测机,使孵育、洗涤、观察结果在同一仪器上进行,可缩短反应时间,简化操作程序,较手工操作的PVC薄膜ELISA原法可提高工效10-20倍,使ELISA的检测达到流程化、同步化和规范化,该仪器成本低,体积小,重量轻,适于血吸虫病现场大规模查病使用。
A simple, rapid and semiautomatic PVC film ELISA detecting instrument has been designed according to principle of electric vibration. It combines incubation,washing and reading result in one instrument so as to shorten the reaction time, and to simplify the operation procedure. The detector could raise working efficiency for 10-20 times than by original manual operation. The detector is low in cost, small in size and light in weight. So, it will be practical in field application for diagnosis of schistosomiasis.
