就GMAW- P焊熔滴过渡的几种形式及其对焊接质量的影响给以说明,并就一脉一滴的研究现状予以讨论。阐述了协同化、微机化和智能化是熔滴过渡控制的主要方向,展望了熔滴过渡的发展趋势。
A few of styles on metal transfer of GMAW-P and their effects on weld qualify have been described.The situation of one drop per pulse has been discussed.It is stated that the main tendency involves synergic controlling,microprocessor controlling and artificial-intelligent controlling.The development of metal transfer is also pointed out.
