摘要
文章阐述了农业企业土地流转的现状,认为农业企业与农户间的土地合理流转有利于优化配置农村土地资源、实现规模经营以及增加农民收入,提高农户的生活水平。同时,在对当前农业企业和农户间土地流转存在的产权主体不明晰、土地流转价格偏低等障碍因素进行分析后,提出了明确界定土地所有权主体、科学制定农村土地流转价格等规范农业企业参与土地流转的措施与对策。
This paper sets forth the current situation of land transfer of agricultural enterprises, and assumes that the rational land transfer between agricultural enterprises and farmers is conducive to optimal allocation of rural land resources, achieving scale management, increasing the farmers＇ income, and improving living standards of farmers. In the meanwhile, after the analysis of some hindering factors such as unclear property subjects between the present agricultural enterprises and farmers, it puts forward such measures and countermeasures as defining clearly the subject of land ownership, scientifically working out the prices of rural land transfer so as to standardize agricultural enterprises＇ participation in land transfer.
