摘要
发展农业产业化经营是新形势下建设社会主义新农村的重要举措。认为新时期的农业产业化总体实力进一步提高、龙头企业逐步壮大、带动农户能力增强、利益联结机制日趋完善、品牌产品增多,但仍处于初期发展阶段。应通过树立从发展中求发展的战略思想、加快培育和发展有竞争优势的龙头企业、进一步建立健全利益联结机制、加强农产品质量安全体系建设等方面发展农业产业化经营。
Under the new conditions, it is an important countermeasure to develop the agricultural industrialization to realize the socialist new village. The paper puts forward the design that in the new period agricultural industrialization is improved greatly, and that leading enterprises strengthen their competitiveness, farmers＇ income increases, the benefit mechanism is perfected, and famous brands increase. But agricultural industrialization is still in initial stage. We should establish the strategic thinking of seeking for development through development, quicken to cultivate and develop the competitive leading enterprises, quicken the agricultural technological innovation and technological extension, establish and perfect the benefit mechanism to development agricultural industrialization.
