区域图书馆联盟作为一种理想的区域性联盟,受到人们的广泛关注。从图书馆联盟中馆际互借、文献传递方面,探讨其产生的知识产权风险,国际组织的相关政策,以及我国图书馆馆际互借的现状。
Regional library consortium is an ideal regional alliance and has drawn a great deal of attention.From the perspectives of interlibrary loan in library alliance and document delivery,this paper explores the risk of intellectual property in interlibrary loan and the relevant policies of international organizations,and analyzes the status of interlibrary loan in the libraries of our country.
