摘要
以产学研相结合的模式培养高技能应用性人才,是高校培养适合企业所需人才的重要途径。普通本科高校要想达到这一目的,必须以社会需求为切入点,对高技能应用性人才的培养目标与规格、课程体系、教学模式、基地建设、师资队伍建设等诸多方面进行全面的改革与探索。
It is the important way of training talents needed by enterprises for universities to apply the pattern of the integration of production,teaching and research to train the applied talents with high skills.General universities should begin with the social demand,and reform the training target,curriculum system,teaching pattern,construction of teaching base and teaching staff in order to achieve this goal.
