摘要
采用微量全血常规培养法测定放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核。结果显示,其平均微核细胞率、平均微核率均高于常人;女性放射工作人员的平均微核细胞率和平均微核率明显高于男性。低剂量电离辐射能引起放射工作人员周围血淋巴细胞微核率的升高,因此应加强放射工作人员的防护。
Through determining the peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus of radiation workers with micro-whole blood routine culture method,we can find that the rates of micronucleated cell and micronucleus in the radiation workers are higher than average men,and female radiation workers are significantly higher than males.Low doses of ionizing radiation could raise the rates of radiation workers＇ peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus;therefore the radiation protection around them should be strengthened.
