摘要
目的了解核工业放射性工作人员的健康情况,探求辐射危害所致的细胞遗传学主要改变指标的类型。方法采用实验室细胞遗传学的方法对有害作业人员进行调查。结果调查组的染色体型畸变率0.178%、微核率1.24‰与对照组0.180%和1.20‰比较,差异无统计学意义,染色体型畸变以断片(ace)为主72.7%。结论染色体畸变的主要类型是断片,染色体型畸变与有害作业工龄之间无明显的正相关,但随年龄增加有增高趋势。
Objective To understand the health status of the radial-stricken workers in nuclear industry and to explore the types of main mutative indices in cytogenetics caused by radiation risk. Methods By using the laboratory cytogenetic tests to investigate the radial-stricken workers. Results The frequencies of chromosomal aberrations and micronuclei had not statistical differences with the collectivity. The leading type of chromo-some aberrations was acentric fragment(ace). Conclusion There is no direct relation between chromosomal aberrations and the length of working in radial place. But there is a tendency that the risk raises with age. The radiation risk assessment of population or individual could be made by comprehensive analysis.
