摘要
研究了用二氯二氨基钯为主盐电镀Pd 及PdNi 合金的配方及工艺条件,再通过传统固渗铝方法制备高温合金M38 的防护涂层.研究了镀层状态、渗铝方式、渗铝活化剂、预扩散处理等工艺条件对钯改性铝化物涂层组织的影响,经XRD、EPMA及金相观察,发现该涂层为固溶Ni 的βPdAl 或固溶Pd 的βNiAl 单相结构,随工艺改变,涂层中Pd、Ni 含量不同.
The plating bath with Pd(NH 3) 2Cl 2 and the related process for electrodeposition of palladium and palladium\|nickel alloys were described, which were pre\|applied for preperation of Pd\|modified aluminide coatings on the cast nickel\|base superalloy M38 by pack cementation. EPMA, XRD and SEM were adopted to characterize the distribution of elements, the phase constituent and morphology of cross section of the Pd\|modified aluminide coatings respectively in detail. A major difference with Pt\|modified aluminide coatings may attribute to that the Pd containing zone was a single phase of the known β\|(Pd xNi 1\|x )Al. The aluminum concentration remained constant (55at%~60at%) across the outer layer of coating and balanced with the total concentration of palladium and nickel, in spite of a negative palladium concentration gradient.
