摘要 加热炉是炼油厂的重要设备,其长周期正常运转关系到炼油厂的连续安全生产。通过对加热炉管路、炉体、炉内件和余热回收系统腐蚀失效问题的原因探索以及机理分析,提出应重点从材料的选择、助剂的添加、设计工艺的改进、在线监检测以及规范管理等方面来解决或减缓腐蚀失效问题。 The long-term stable operation of fired heater, the critical equipment in refinery, plays an important role in the safe reliable operation of the petroleum refineries. Through the analysis of corrosion failure and corrosion mechanisms of heater's piping, heater body, internals and waste heat boiler system, it is concluded that corrosion can be mitigated by means of material selection, addition of additives, improvement of process, on-line monitoring and standardization of management etc.
