摘要
建立了等离子体发射光谱法联合测定焦炭中SiO2、AL2O3、CaO、MgO,TiO2及TFe的方法,优化选择仪器主要工作参数,进行了样品分解方法试验、酸度试验、基体干扰及消除试验、准确度试验、回收率及精密度试验,最终确定了ICP—AES法联合测定焦炭中SiO2、AL2O3、MgO,TiO2的方法。该方法快速,准确,简便,测定范围宽。将本法测定结果与经典化学分析值比较,结果满意。
The method of combined determination of SiO2、AL2O3、CaO、MgO,TiO2 and TFe by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was established, the main working parameters of the instruments were optimized and choiced, the testings such as sample decomposition method testing, taking acid tes- ting, matrix interference and elimination testing, accuracy testing, recovery and precision testing were carried out, at last the method of combined determination of SiO2、AL2O3、CaO、MgO,TiO2 and TFe by ICP-AES was determined. The method was rapid, accurate, simple and of wide determination range. Compared with classical chemical analysis values, the results of this method were satisfactory.
