摘要
分析了民机用铸件材料的选用要求及主要铸造方法,提出了民机用铸件的试生产批准、类别与级别的确定、拉伸试样选择以及补焊工艺、公差等通用设计要求。以精密铸造为例分析了民机铸造技术的发展趋势。
This paper analyzed the casting Alloys selection requirement and main cast methods of civil aircraft industry, put forward general requirements of casting, such as: Preproduction approval of casting, determination of classes and grades, tensile specimens selection, welding process, tolerance, etc. Investment castings were used as an illustration to analyze the development trend of civil aircraft cast technology.
