摘要
目的 :应用双波长比值光谱法测定安钠咖注射液中咖啡因 (C)和苯甲酸钠 (B)含量。方法 :依据C和B的比值光谱特征 ,选择 2 34和 2 6 4nm作为两组分的测定波长。结果 :C在 2 .5~ 2 0 μg·ml-1,B在 2~ 12 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,C回收率为 10 0 .6 1% ,RSD为 0 .5 6 % ,B回收率为 10 0 .37% ,RSD为 0 .6 1% ,样品测定结果与药典方法比较没有差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :该法具有操作简便 。
OBJECTIVE:Dual wavelength ratio spectrometry was used for the determination of caffeine (C) and sodium benzoate (B) in the injection.METHODS:According to ratio spectrum of C and B,234 and 264 nm were elected as the determination wavelengthes.RESULTS:There were good linear correlation in the range of C ( 2.5 ~20 μg·ml -1 ) and B(2~12 μg·ml -1 ),and no difference between the determination of the method and pharmacopeia method ( P > 0.05 ).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate,el.
