摘要
简述了我国烟气排放连续监测系统(CEMS)概况;介绍了美国CEMS体系及先进的管理经验,并从CEMS运营责任主体、管理依据、审核与管理模式以及数据应用等方面对中美CEMS体系进行了对比分析,在此基础上,提出了我国CEMS存在的问题和相应的对策建议。
Current situation of Continuous Emissions Monitoring System（CEMS） in China were briefly described.It introduced advanced experience of American CEMS to compare with Chinese CEMS from responsibility of CEMS operation,managed basis,examination,management mode and data applications of CEMS system.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestion were made to deal with existing problems in Chinese CEMS.
