摘要
通过对烟气排放连续监测系统(CEMS)的系统集成特性分析,阐述了CEMS的“准确性”、“可靠性”的概念,介绍了CEMS的部件结构以及CEMS产品市场现状和运行业绩,指出一些产品普遍因探头、维护、运营、备件、设备资金投入不足等环节,集成商和用户的CEMS运行与国家环保局颁布HJ/T75、76-2002标准均存在着较大的差距,根据实际工作经验提出了硬件配置的基本要求。
Through the analysis of the integrated characteristics of continuous emission monitoring system(CEMS),the concept of accuracy and reliability of CEMS is presented. CEMS system component configurations,the market situation and business performance of CEMS products are introduced. Due to the short of finance in probe,maintenance,operation,spare parts and facilities,the quality of operating CEMS by agencies and users has great gap with the standards promulgated by State Environmental Protection Department(HJ / T75-2002 ? HJ / T76-2002). According to practical experience,the basic requirements of hardware configuration are pointed out.
