摘要
采用高效液相色谱-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱联用技术测定水中亚砷酸盐[As(Ⅲ)]、二甲基砷(DMA)、一甲基砷(MMA)和砷酸盐[As(Ⅴ)]等4种形态砷,以磷酸盐缓冲溶液为流动相,硼氢化钾为还原剂,优化了仪器主要技术参数。As(Ⅲ)、DMA、MMA和As(Ⅴ)在7 min内实现了良好的基线分离,在5.00μg/L~100μg/L范围内线性良好,检出限分别为0.06μg/L、0.12μg/L、0.09μg/L和0.15μg/L,实际水样平行测定的相对偏差为2.7%~6.6%,加标回收率为86.9%~101%。
Arsenide including arsenite,dimethyl arsenic(DMA),methyl arsenic(MMA) and arsenate in water were determined by coupled techniques of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrum.The phosphate buffer solution as mobile phase and potassium borohydride as reducing agent were used in the test to optmize the experimental condition.A good baseline separation was obtaited in 7 minutes for As(Ⅲ),DMA,MMA and As(Ⅴ).The linearity ranged from 5.00 μg/L to 100 μg/L,detection limits 0.06 μg/L,0.12 μg/L,0.09 μg/L and 0.15 μg/L respectively,relative bias of replicate measurements of samples within 2.7%~6.6%,spiked recoveries within 86.9%~101%.
