摘要
政府在现代社会发展进程中扮演着重要角色,它的任何行为都会直接或间接影响到社会的资源配置和利益整合。基于政治社会学的视角而言,政府职能的革新不仅是行政问题,更是重要的社会政治问题。面对当代社会快速转型的基本国情,政府必须强化责任意识、规范自身行为、凸显预见功能。政府职能的有效转变可以提升化解社会矛盾和维持政治稳定的能力,从而为和谐社会的构建保驾护航。
Government plays an important role in the process of modem social development and any behavior of which will directly or indirectly affect the social resources＇ distribution and interest integration. From the view of po- litical sociology, the innovation of government function is not only an administrative issue, but also a political one. So the government should strengthen its sense of responsibility, regulate its own behavior and highlight its expected func- tions. And through innovation, the government will enhance the abilities in resolving social conflicts and maintaining political stability, which will escort the construction of a harmonious society.
