摘要
介绍了灰色关联分析的有关理论,并采用该方法在汽车零部件的故障诊断中研究系统的故障特征与内部特征之间的相关性,确定实际模式归属于某个标准模式,并对故障树诊断进行综合分析。实例诊断表明,这种方法是有效可行的,并且诊断结果可靠。
The principles of grey incidence analysis were introduced in detail. It was used to research the relativity of the system＇s failure characters and inside characters of the automobile parts, and to confirm what kind of standard mode the actual mode belonged to. And it was also used in the fault tree＇s synthetically analysis. The example results showed that the method is available and practicable, and the diagnosis results are reliable.
