摘要
目的观察心脉隆注射液配合常规西药对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)心功能及血清尿酸的影响。方法将120例CHF患者随机分为2组,对照组60例予常规西药治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上加用心脉隆注射液,2组均7 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察2组中医证候疗效、心功能疗效、6分钟步行试验(6MWT)及血清尿酸水平变化。结果治疗组中医证候总有效率90.0%,对照组中医证候总有效率71.7%,2组中医证候总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后6MWT、左室射血分数(LVEF)及心输出量(CO)均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后6MWT、LVEF及CO高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组心功能总有效率83.3%,对照组心功能总有效率70.0%,2组心功能总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组心功能疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后血清尿酸水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后血清尿酸水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脉隆注射液配合常规西药治疗CHF可缓解临床症状,改善心功能,并能降低血清尿酸水平。
Objective To observe the effect of Xinmailong injection combined with conventional Western medicine on cardiac function and serum uric acid in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods 120 patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups.60 cases in control group were treated by conventional western medicine.60 patients in treatment group were treated by Xinmailong injection combined with conventional Western medicine.The course was seven days in two groups.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and cardiac function,6-minute walk test（6MWT） and serum uric acid levels were observed in two groups after two courses.Results The total effective rate of cardiac function in treatment group（83.3%） was higher than that in control group（71.7%,P0.05）.6MWT,LVEF and CO after treatment were increased in comparison with those before treatment in two groups（P0.05）.6MWT,LVEF and CO in treatment group were higher than those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment group（90.0%） was higher than that in control group（70.0%,P0.05）.Serum uric acid levels after treatment were decreased in comparison with those before treatment in two groups（P0.05）.Serum uric acid levels in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Xinmailong injection combined with conventional Western medicine for the treatment of CHF can relieve symptoms and improve cardiac function,and can reduce serum uric acid levels.
