摘要
以氧化苦参碱、苦参碱、盐酸小檗碱、氨茶碱和秋水仙碱五种生物碱以及水杨酸、水杨酸钠和水杨酰胺为模型药物,采用电致孔-离子导入并用技术进行体外经皮给药途径的试验。结果得出药物分子量的大小、油/水分配系数、药物熔点、浓度、解离性质四种药物因素和不同部位皮肤的生理因素是影响电致孔-离子导入联合促渗技术的主要因素。
Five kinds of alkaloid were used including oxymatrine, matrine, berberine hydrochloride, aminophylline and colchicine as model drugs. Salicylic acid, sodium salicylate and salicylamide were also used as model drugs. Transdermal delivery of the drug using electroporation and iontophoresis was done in this research. The major factors influencing penetration en- hancement led by combiantion of electroporation and four drug factors, namely, drug molecular weignt, oil/water partition coef- ficient, melting point ,concentration and dissociative property.
