摘要
为实现镜面电火花加工 ,向工作液中加入硅、铝或镍等粉末微粒。通过对间隙流场中工作液和粉末微粒运动的理论研究 ,建立了间隙流场中工作液和粉末微粒运动的数学模型 。
It is one of the main processes in EDM to mix machining liquid with silicon, aluminum and nickel powder particles.This paper built up the mathematic model for the machining liquid movement in gap flow field of EDM by studying the machining liquid movement from theory, and then carried out the numerical simulation to the machining liquid movement in gap fluid field under new style jet flushing.
