摘要
通过理论分析和流场软件仿真的方法,论证了高压高速的水作为电火花铣削加工工作液的可行性,解释了水基工作液中应采用正极性加工的原因。研究了高压高速的水基工作液在放电间隙中的压力场、流速场及蚀除颗粒浓度分布,以及其对加工过程和两极材料蚀除与抛出的影响,并进行了实验验证。
The possibility of using water as dielectric has been demonstrated through theoretical analysis and flow field simulation.The reason for using positive polarity machining when using the water as dielectric in EDM Milling has been analyzed.Research on the pressure field,velocity field and removal in debris concentration distribution in the discharge gap of water with high velocity and pressure,and the impacts on micro procedure of electrical discharge and removal and thrown of material also have been researched,and validated by experiment.
