摘要
为了对中小学教师职业枯竭量表进行验证性因素分析,抽样山东省的371名小学教师完成了教师职业枯竭量表。结果中小学教师职业枯竭量表的CronBachα系数为0.914。但总量表、非人性化分量表、认知枯竭分量表的结构不是很理想。总量表的模型拟合指标为:χ2/df=3.774,SRMR=0.099,RMESA=0.100,NNFI=0.75,IFI=0.77,CFI=0.77;非人性化量表的模型拟合指标为:χ2/df=14.379,SRMR=0.12,RMESA=0.22,NNFI=0.56,IFI=0.71,CFI=0.71;认知枯竭分量表拟合指标为χ2/df=7.059,SRMR=0.076,RMESA=0.14,NNFI=0.81,IFI=0.85,CFI=0.85。因此,该量表在以后研究中需要进一步调整结构。
To examine confirmatory factor analysi of job burnout among elementary and high school teachers.There are 371 Shandong Province elementary teachers completed job burnout among elementary and high school teachers.Results show that the Cronbach's α coefficients of the job burnout among elementary and high school teachers was 0.914.But the indices of fit for the total scale and subscale of depersonalization and cognition burnout were not fit very well,the indices of fit for the total scale as followed: χ2/df=3.774,SRMR=0.099,RMESA=0.100,NNFI=0.75,IFI=0.77,CFI=0.77.the indices of fit for the subscale of depersonalization as followed: χ2/df=14.379,SRMR=0.12,RMESA=0.22,NNFI=0.56,IFI=0.71,CFI=0.71.the indices of fit for the subscale of cognition burnout as followed: χ2/df=7.059,SRMR=0.076,RMESA=0.14,NNFI=0.81,IFI=0.85,CFI=0.85.Therefore,the structure of inventory needs to be adjusted by researchers in the future.
