摘要
目的测定血清烯醇化酶(ENO)的活性,探讨脑中枢神经系统疾病与烯醇化酶的关系。方法用酶偶联速率法全自动生化仪测定ENO活性。73例中枢神经系统疾病病例为治疗组,对照组370名体检健康人员。结果 73例患者ENO活性平均为15.52±5.73U/L,显著高于健康组ENO活性5.91±1.90U/L(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论本实验探讨血清中烯醇化酶(ENO)活性,提示烯醇化酶活性的变化对脑中枢神经系统疾病有相关意义,对疾病的诊疗有一定参考价值。
Objective Detected enolase (ENO) activity in brain injury and nervous system disease patients, and if there was a link between them. Methods Used enzyme coupled rate method with an automatic biochemical analyzer. 73 brain injury and nervous system disease patients,370 cases of medical health people. Results The mean ENO value of 73 cases brain injury and nervous system diseases was 15.52 ±15.27 U/L, heahh group was 5.91 ± 1.90 U/L, and there was significant statistical analysis( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Brain injury and nervous system disease patients of ENO activity was significantly higher than control group, and the two were closely related.
