摘要
目的通过对行政管理人员职业生涯规划管理现状的调查,探讨影响职业生涯规划管理的因素,针对行政管理人员的工作特点和医院工作实际,提出适合医院及行政管理人员特征的公立医院行政管理人员职业生涯规划管理的意见和建议。方法选取广州、北京、上海、江苏等经济发达地区的12家三级公立医院行政管理人员进行现场多级分层随机抽样,通过采用自行编制的调查表对公立医院行政管理人员的职业生涯规划情况进行调查。对调查表采用Visual Foxpro建立数据库并输入资料,利用SPSS 11.3进行数据录入,统计分析。结果医院对行政管理人员的职业生涯规划指导作用不够,职业生涯规划意识淡薄,缺少管理系列的职称晋升体系,不同学历、职称、职务的行政管理人员的工作岗位感知得分和职业生涯规划管理得分有差异等。结论医院行政管理人员的职业生涯规划管理处于发展阶段,医院应该建立起完善的行政管理人员职业生涯管理体系,针对不同人群采取差异性职业生涯规划管理措施。
Objective Discuss the factors that can influence personal career planning management through making an investigation on the administrative personnel＇s career planning management present situation,and provide some views and suggestions appropriate for the administrative personnel＇s career planning management in public hospital according to the administrative personnel＇s working characteristics and the actual features and situations in public hospitals. Methods So from 12 ＂AAA＂grade public hospitals in Guangzhou,Peking,Shanghai,Jiangsu etc economic developed area the administrative personnel were randomly sampled and investigation on their career planning were carried out through self-made questionnaire.Then the data was input and analyzed by SPSS11.3. Results Hospitals pay not enough attention to guide the planning of the administrative personnel＇s career,the consciousness of personnel＇s career planning is light,and there is a lack of the title advanced system for administrative personnel series,the score of cognition of self spot and management of career planning are different in personnel with different education account,title and post. Conclusion Hospital administrators career planning and management is at the developing stage,the hospital should set up complete administrative personnel career management system,taking difference career planning management measures to different people.
