摘要
目的:探索护理本科生职业生涯规划与专业认同之间的关系,为更好的开展护理本科生的职业生涯规划教育,提高他们的专业认同程度提供理论依据。方法:采用调查问卷对护理本科生进行调查。结果:护理本科生的职业生涯规划与专业认同得分呈正向相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:护理本科生的职业生涯规划状况和专业认同存在正向相关关系,学校可以把职业生涯规划教育与专业认同教育有效的结合起来,让二者彼此促进,达到相辅相成的效果。
Objective： To explore the relationship between career planning and professional identity to provide a theoretical basis for the development of nursing education and improve nursing undergraduates＇ professional identity.Methods： This study was conducted with a questionnaire to investigate nursing undergraduates.Results： Students have positively correlated scores between career planning and professional identity（P0.05）.Conclusions： Students have positively correlated scores between career planning and professional identity.It can complement to each other by combining career planning education with professional identity education.
