摘要
目的:探索护理本科生职业生涯规划与专业认同之间的关系,为更好的开展护理本科生的职业生涯规划教育,提高他们的专业认同程度提供理论依据。方法:采用调查问卷对护理本科生进行调查。结果:护理本科生的职业生涯规划与专业认同得分呈正向相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:护理本科生的职业生涯规划状况和专业认同存在正向相关关系,学校可以把职业生涯规划教育与专业认同教育有效的结合起来,让二者彼此促进,达到相辅相成的效果。
Objective: To explore the relationship between career planning and professional identity to provide a theoretical basis for the development of nursing education and improve nursing undergraduates' professional identity.Methods: This study was conducted with a questionnaire to investigate nursing undergraduates.Results: Students have positively correlated scores between career planning and professional identity(P0.05).Conclusions: Students have positively correlated scores between career planning and professional identity.It can complement to each other by combining career planning education with professional identity education.
