摘要
目的探讨个性化护理干预对改善痴呆患者精神行为症状的效果。方法我院2008年3月～2010年8月收治痴呆患者119例,随机分为对照组59例和干预组60例,对照组按照常规的药物治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上采用认知行为干预和日常生活能力训练、行为管理、躯体不适的干预等个性化护理,护理干预前后分别用量表进行评分。结果干预组护理后MMSE评分(12.23±4.91)高于其护理前(10.05±4.67),差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),BEHAVE-AD、ADL评分为[分别为(12.40±6.13)、(37.98±6.41)]少于其护理前[分别为(25.77±9.67)、(46.65±6.75)],差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论采用个性化护理干预能够改善痴呆患者的精神行为症状,减慢病情发展,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of the personal nurse intervention on psychological and behavioral symptom of dementia. Methods A randomized study was designed to value effect of the personal nurse intervention.120 cases chosen from Mar.2008 to Aug.2010 were divided into two groups： intervention group（60） and control group（60）.The routine drug therapy and nursing was used in control group,which was based on by intervention group with personal nurse intervention including cognition behavioral intervention and daily living ability training,behavioral supervision.The scale scores were observed before and after the treatment according to each case. Results The scores of the MMSE、BEHAVE-AD and ADL of intervention group were improved markedly compare with the control group respectively（p0.05）. Conclusion The personal nurse intervention can improve the psychological and behavioral symptom of dementia,detain the development of the case conditions and improve the life quality.
