摘要 长期以来,人们关注的通常是阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者的认知功能,如记忆力、智能和语言能力,而痴呆的行为和精神症状(BPSD),即偏执、情绪不稳定、无目的漫游、攻击、破坏和吵闹等行为,往往被忽视。事实上,BPSD决定了患者、照料者的生活质量,其治疗理应引起高度重视。本文综述BPSD临床表现、症状评定及药物和心理治疗进展。 During a long time, most concerns have been attracted over the cognitive function of Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） patients, such as memory, intelligence and language skills, while the behavioral and psychiatric symptoms of dementia （BPSD） are neglected. In fact, BPSD mainly influences the quality of life of patients and caregivers. Scholars should pay a great attention to the treatment of BPSD. This review describes the manifestation, assessment of symptoms and medication and psychotherapy of BPSD in clinic.
