摘要
高职院校高素质、高端技能型人才培养需要高职院校、地方企业和地方政府共同参与。目前我国高端技能型人才还很缺乏,高职院校"校企合作"人才培养模式还不够完善,需要结合区域经济发展背景,政府参与、高职院校和企业全过程、全方位合作,才能形成高职院校"校企合作"创新人才培养模式的内涵建设体系。
To train high quality and high skilled talents for vocational colleges needs vocational colleges,local businesses and local government to participate in.At present,there is still a lack of high skilled talents in our country and the talents training mode of ＂school-enterprise cooperation＂ in vocational colleges is not perfect.Combined with the background of the regional economic development,it needs local government to participate,and vocational colleges and enterprises to cooperate during the whole process so as to form the connotation construction system of innovative talents training mode of ＂school-enterprise cooperation＂ in vocational colleges.
