摘要
本文首先对水体中的难生物降解有机物进行了分析,提出采用微生物的共代谢方法进行降解;其次对共代谢机理、特点以及类型进行了详细地阐述;最后通过实验对多环芳烃及杂环化合物在共基质条件下厌氧生物降解性能的影响进行了研究.实验结果表明,微生物的共代谢作用使生物去除率进一步提高,同时指出该方法对于实际工程具有积极的指导作用.
In the paper refractory organics in water is analyzed firstly and co-metabolism method is proposed.Secondly mechanism of co-metabolism,characteristics and type of co-metabolism is demonstrated in detail.Finally the effect on properties of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and heterocyclic compounds under the conditions of the co-substrate anaerobic biodegradation is studied through experiments.The experiment results show that removal efficiency of microbial metabolism of the biological is further improved.At the same time the method has a positive role in guiding practical project.
