摘要 以扬州、天津、吴江、泰州等地区施用过氧化乐果或农药厂排污口的土壤为菌源,以氧化乐果作为惟一碳源和能源,采用逐渐加量的驯化方式,分离得到10株对氧化乐果有一定降解能力的微生物。 The wide use of organophosphorus pesticide in china at present has not only caused the flourishing of agriculture but bring on serious environmental problems. Soil samples that had been fertilized with omethoate before in different places and from some issues of the pesticide factories were collected. By using omethoate as the sole carbon and energy source for bacterial growth, and gradually increasing the concentration in the media, more than ten microbes that could decompose omethoate were screened.
