摘要
两系法亚种间杂种优势主要表现比品种间杂种更为穗大粒多,在44个参试组合中,约有75%的组合平均每穗180粒以上,每穗200—250粒的组合占40.91%,通过导入广亲和基因,结实率已提高到70%,单株干谷增重十分显著,表现出巨大的增产潜力。但每穗200粒以上的组合,结实率及籽粒充实度偏低。在近期内,选用平均每穗180—200粒左右的组合较为切实可行。
Two-line intersubspecific hybrid rice exhibits very strong heterosis in the number of spikelets per panicle.In,1989.300 combinations of twoline intersubspecific hybrid rice were made and 44 of them were surveyed in relation to the yield characters.Tke results indicated that about 75% of the hybrids had more than 180 spikelets/panile (SP).and 40.9% of them had 200-250 SP.The fine intersubspecific rice hybrids also had obv- ious standard heterosis in large panicle,and the heterosis index (HI ) was 45% on average ,By transferring the wide cempatabiliby genes into the parents, the intersubspecific rice hybrids might get more than 70% seed-set rate(SSR), which made the grain weight per plant signif- icantly increased. The study demonstrated that the grain plumpness of intersubspecific rice hybrids Lad become the main problem in the use of the superiority of large panicle. To utilize the heterosis of intersubspecific hybrid rice, firstly, the combinations with about 180 -(200 SP should be selected in recent years. When the problem of the grain plumpness is resolved, the combinations with super-large panicle (i.e. more than 200 SP ) can be used to incresse rice yield further.
