摘要
本文初步观察了两用核不育系 W6154S 和5460S 与广亲和品种02428和轮回422的花时、花期、开花动态及不育系的柱头外露率、异交率和闭颖、包颈情况,并认为两系亚种间制种创高产是完全可以的.
Two-usful genic male sterile lines (TUGMS) have been successivelydeveloped,which consist of photoperid—sensitive genic male sterile lines(PGMS),thermo-sensitve genic male sterile lines (TGMS),photoperiod-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines (PTGMS),and thermo-photoperiod-sensitive genic sterile lines (TPGMS).We observed the flower time,flower phase,dynimics of flowering andcross-fertile percentage of TUGMS W6154S、5460S,also WCV 02428 andLunhui 422.We consider it possible to obtain high yield in seed productionof intersubspecific two-line system hybrid rice.
