摘要
针对中等职业学校青年教师在"双师型"师资建设中存在的中职教育特点认识盲目、综合教学能力薄弱、获取"双师"的心理畏惧、工作依赖性强等弱点,介绍实施岗前培训、注重师传带教、加强实践能力、坚持校企合作、制定激励政策等五项应对措施。
In view of Secondary Vocational School young teacher＇s weakness in the teachers construction of Double Qualified Teachers,such as the blind knowledge to the duty education characteristic,the weak ability of comprehensive teaching,fear mentality to obtain the Qualifications of Double Qualified Teachers,and the intense work dependence,this article altogether introduced five items of counter measures,which includes carrying out the training before work,paying great attention to the teacher ＇s guidance and teaching,strengthening the practical ability,insisting on the cooperation between school and enterprise,drawing up the encouragement policy,and so on.
